Today, Kurdistan, as large as France, constitutes a nation of about 50 million Kurdish speaking Kurds with an Officially discovered civilization of 12,000 years, the oldest among all nations. Kurds believe in Peace, Freedom, and Democracy for all peoples around the world, and they protect their minorities of any religion within their territory perhaps more than any other nation. Mr. Tataii migrated to America in 1971 to study, and later chose Hawaii to be his Home State for the past 26 years. Kurds are against any type of Terrorism: Kurds, recently, have fought against TERRORISTS, trying to enter their territory, but were faced with Kurdish Warriors, known as Peshmarga, who fought against them, and some were martyred in those clashes with apparently the same terrorist groups, causing the September 11 tragedy. The Terrorists were trying to infiltrate from the North, East, West, and South into KURDISTAN, but were defeated, and have been nearly eradicated by Peshmarga in the past few Months. Kurdish administration is against any form of Terrorist activities, as Kurds are not and have never been religious fanatics, and strongly believe in religious freedom for all, in or out of KURDISTAN. This text was formatted in the 2002 elections based on Tataii's current experiences at that time, which have increased furthehr, while filing 5 election contest law suits between 2002-2005. Today is July 24, 2006, and Tataii has become an official candidate for U.S. Senate, filed as a Republican candidate. Therfore this website is, and will remain to be under construction as news of War, and 2006 elections move unfold as we move forward. OBJECTIVES: Local Issues: Keen interest to solve Honolulu Traffic problems through campaigning for massive, and SECURE bicycle lanes since his 1988 campaign for State house, as well as securing economic self-sufficiency through basic, and large Agricultural plans for Domestic use in general, and our exporting in specific. Copied Proposals never allowed to be implemented by too many Big Business Oriented Hawaii Politicians, and attempts to copy his plans by other Candidates for High Offices later winning their elections, failed miserably as they used completely wrong approaches. STATUS ON THE PLANS: Proposals still are doable, but Tataii shall no longer share his proposals with Politicians, except upon a Victory in 2006 elections, as a measure to prevent government waste, and allow the proper implementation by the inventor himself, Steve Tataii, Republican Candidate for U.S. Senate in this 2006 elections. NATIONAL ISSUES: Finding a solution for lack of proper Housing in Hawaii, and the welfare needs of Homeless, Poor, Disadvantaged in Hawaii, and across the Country through Federal grants. Help to lower our Health care Costa, and Provide our citizens with proper and long term Medical care, Housing, Food, and help them to find a job until they can get back on their own feet, and if they are too old and/or Disabled to get engaged in gainful employment, allocate enough State and Federal money, to be taken care of with pride, dignity, and honor, the way an American citizen should be taken care of. The present situation is not secured nor has it a long term stability for all our citizens.

Foreign Policy issues: As a Warrior for Justice, and most of all a Peacemaker, I shall try and bring the threats of chemical and biological weapons under total control in any where they can be suspected to exist. I shall pass appropriate bills to help eradicate terrorist threats, for America must also identify the enemies within in order to remain Strong. I have authored and passed many Resolutions against Chemical weapons in general, and their use against Kurds in 1988 in specific; when over 8000 Kurds died in the city of Halabja in South Kurdistan by Iraq government military chemical bombing campaigns against innocent Kurdish men, women, and especially children, and twice as many died from the effects of the same attack gradually thereafter. Such Resolutions were passed in many Political Conventions such as Hawaii major party Conventions as a bipartisan effort 1n 1990, 1992, 1996; the Hawaii State chapter of Rainbow Coalition during their July 1993 Convention. OUR Military and Foreign Aids to Turkey must Stop, while Turkey continues its gross Human Rights Violations against its about 25 million Kurdish Civilians living in their own Homeland in Northern KURDISTAN. Turkey is not a Democratic state as it erroneously claims to be, and it does not respect the Rule of Law, because the Kurds of a political Organization is still being denied Genaral Amnesty as they have requested for years. Instead, Turkish War Monger Military regime has been carrying out military attacks against this Kurdish Liberation group, whose leaders also declared peaceful & Political Resolution to their quest for basic Human Rights of Kurds. The recent operation since April has created hundreds killed from both sides in this senseless Barbaric method. North Kurdistan is the largest of the 4 unjustly partitioned Kurdistans since 1920s. The recent 22 years old war with Turkish regime broke out in response to Kurdish Leaders there proposing basic ethnic rights to Speak Kurdish, and live in their own rich ancient, and wonderful culture. Since then or 1984, thousands of Kurds and Turkish troops have been killed, and their leader has been labeled 'terrorist', and kidnapped in 1999. later he was imprisoned with little rights as a Kurdish national hero for 25,000,000 Kurds, and have been receiving harsh treatments with nearly no visiting rights on the isolateed Island of Emraly in Mediterranian sea. The many bigots in Turkish military establishment guised under the civilan Government, which is itself guised as Democratic, but acting Tyranical, will never change their old fashioned ways, and deny Kurdish identity under their Jurisdiction in South East of the 1920s manufactured itself "Turkey". Covering North Kurdistan with their largest Kurdish nation without a state of their own, I have also authored, and passed two Resolutions in 1990 against the malicious attempts to build about 23 Dams in North Kurdistan by Turkish Government as attempts to drown and destroy over 5000 ancient Kurdish Villages, displacing and/or drowning over 6 million of their Kurdish inhabitants, with at least one Dam built, destroying 100 ancient Villages so far. The resolutions were introduced at the WILD Conference held in Honolulu in 1990 by the non-profit organization, members at 20,000 strong; defending and trying to protect World's natural environment, native species, as well as their native inhabitants. This was one of greatest achievements, as Turkey, under pressures by other environmental and Human Rights Organization also, ultimately halted the construction of the rest of the Dams for now, as their attempts to proceed with these "Crimes Against Humanity" campaigns have drastically failed, but unfortunately there are again talks about the HASAN KEYEF area, which hold one of if not the oldest man's civilization ancient structures some 11,000 years, and old bridges, caves, and perhaps reach Mount ARARAT famous for landing of NOAH's ARK near lake VAN all within Northen Kurdistan territory. The biggest irony is; that Turkish regime expects to become a member of the EU with so much bigotry, and un-Democratic treatments against the most precious, peace loving, and civilized Kurdish population, resorting to fight, and clashes with Turkish troops against their gentle, and peaceful nature by no choice. The regime in Turkey needs a constructive overhaul, and they may drag us to another unwanted war within a war just the same as they did in 2003 refusal of Northern Front passage in the vital strategic points we continued to hold to Liberate Baghdad, and the rest. As the old saying goes: IT IS TIME; THAT WE MUST DRAW THE LINE IN SAND, and perhaps challenge some bigots provocation much worse than SADDAM's 1990 invasion of the state of KUWAIT, and finish the rest of the war against terrorists caused by the defunct IRAQ's neighbors, once again miscalculating our military power, and that of the Peshmarga forces, who perhaps would take over the entire invaded grounds along Kurdistan borders should the Turks, Persians, and Arabs become to aggressive.

Skills to stop Wars between warring nations: The sole factor in any war is caused by a leader with poor vision, weak character, arrogance, and lack of proper intergrity, wisdom, and honor. Wars are set off through a poor quality in the wisdom of knowing the depth and value of humanity. Wars start by the leadres with no belief system but worshiping self-interest and selfish way of sharing God's gifts in abundance, and inability to distribute wealth, food, and letting all people to live freely in their homeland. Above all, wars are caused by lack of respect to other ethnic grouops with different language, culture, and way of life. As for me to become a leader if I can win in gaining some communication channeles with people-citizens, through winning against bigots, greedy, sensless, and evil. In short: With my Proven Special skills in Conflict Resolutions, I shall help bring Peace, Stability, and understanding among Warring nations, and help them create a Peaceful and Safe environment to live in, without the threats of war, and instead of war, spend their time on Vital economic development plans. This goal has been embedded in the United Nations principle charters and basic foundation in nation building through their recorded Rules and Laws, and protected in its Universal Declaration of Human Rights, accessible to public in any major of our Libraries throughout the States or by internet search engines.
